David Ajasa Sokeye, a distinguished professional, holds the esteemed position of Chairman and CEO. With a wealth of expertise in the realm of Clearing and Forwarding, he stands as the Managing Director, leveraging his extensive experience to great effect. His illustrious career spans Twenty-Eight Years in the Nigeria Customs Service, culminating in a voluntary retirement. Of notable significance is his dedicated service spanning approximately Twenty-Three years within the Revenue Section of the service. This period saw him excel as an astute Revenue Collector at the Ports, adeptly managing revenue matters.
His proficiency extends to addressing a myriad of Import and Export challenges, leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of the Nigeria Customs Service and allied agencies. His track record showcases his aptitude for resolving complex issues in this domain.
David Oluwatosin Sokeyeis a dedicated professional driven by a passion for fostering economic growth, backed by a versatile skill set and an impressive academic background. He consistently showcases a steadfast commitment to excellence and a remarkable knack for transforming ideas into strategic business blueprints.
With an extensive wealth of experience accumulated over the years, he has proven himself as a results-driven leader. For more than 15 years, he served as the Operations Manager at Igbore Asha and Bros Nig Ltd., a Customs Licensed Agent specializing in Freight Forwarding. Within this pivotal role, he played an integral part within the sales team, steering the development of novel markets and adeptly overseeing existing ones. His adept strategic acumen and unwavering customer-centric approach ensured the punctual delivery of goods and the delivery of exceptional service quality to clients. Possessing impeccable communication skills and fortified by a resolute team spirit, he excelled even amidst high-pressure scenarios.
During his leisure moments, he takes pleasure in indulging his interests in travel, reading, and both table and lawn tennis. Fluent in both English and Yoruba languages, his extraordinary communication proficiency significantly enhances his ability to connect with individuals from a wide spectrum of backgrounds.
His academic accomplishments include a master’s degree in Industrialand Labour Relations from the esteemed Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Lagos State University. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN)
